About RATP Dev Mobility Cairo Created in 2020, RATP Dev Mobility Cairo (RDMC) is a 100% subsidiary of RATP Dev which is the company in charge of operating Green Line 3. Its prime mission will be to offer the population of Cairo a state-of-the-art metro services, in line with RATP Dev’s international standards put in place in major cities around the world (Paris, London, Hong Kong, Algiers, etc.), higher punctuality and regularity, acclaimed customer service practices and strong asset maintenance capabilities.
