Wallet cards can be purchase and reload from any ticket office on the Green Line 3. In addition you can also purchase or reload it at one of the ticket vending machine displayed in station from Haroun to Adly Mansour. Who should I contact if I lose or damage my subscription card? In the case of a Wallet card you can to any ticket office. If it a Seasonal card you can go to one of the dedicated ticket office at Attaba, Abbasia, Heliopolis or Adly Mansour.
