Assisted travel

 We are here to assist you.

For your convenience, we offer special assistance to improve your journey and make it easier for you.

If you encounter any difficulties to use the Green Line 3, you can request for help in advance through here.

 

How it works:

  • Send your request by filling out the form explaining:
    • Your station of departure
    • Your station of arrival
    • Set a meeting point at one of the station entrances (station maps can be found here)
    • Day and time of your trip
    • Fare you have or you may want to purchase (ticket, Seasonal card... to know more about Tickets and Fares click here)
    • Any further information that could be relevant to the staff who will assist you (particular health condition...)
  • At the requested time, a station agent will welcome you and assist you throughout your whole journey (get in the station, buy tickets, board the train...) to your destination point on the Green Line 3.
  • The request must be sent XX hours minimum before your journey.

Note this service is only available on Green Line 3, therefore the assistance will only be provided in the stations from Attaba to Adly Mansour. If your trip requires a connection to Line 1 or 2, you should verify if assistance can be provided by other operators.
