RDMC launches its new mobile app Mobility Cairo

Industry trends suggest that transit system operators are moving away from traditional methods, towards flexible tools that can enhance the customer's journey.

Smartphones are being used in the transit industry for improving the customer experience, providing real-time service information to customers, displaying interactive route maps and service schedules, reporting maintenance conditions; etc. RDMC is launching a new mobile app called Mobility Cairo, to ease daily journeys in Cairo and its Greater Region for millions of passengers.

Mobility Cairo will help passengers to their daily commute, anticipate disruptions and personalized their trips.

The project aims to promote the use of mobile-based services. The app will be launched in Arabic and English to communicate easier with passengers.

This will help RDMC to easily communicate with passengers using such vital utility as the metro.
